At WellBess, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help!
Returns
- You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@wellbess.com with your order number and proof of purchase.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at support@wellbess.com with photos of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Items that have been used or are not in their original condition
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund yet, check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times vary.
- If you still haven't received your refund after 10 business days, contact us at support@wellbess.com.
