    Returns

    • You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@wellbess.com with your order number and proof of purchase.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

    Refunds

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
    • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Exchanges

    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at support@wellbess.com with photos of the issue.

    Non-Returnable Items

    Certain items cannot be returned, including:

    Late or Missing Refunds
